RP Pace: Saturday and Sunday are my primary rp days where I can often get to an empty inbox or boomerang with people, with Monday/Wednesday/Friday as secondary where I can get through most of my tags and Tuesday/Thursday are tertiary and often don’t have much tagging at all going on.
RP Style: I’m good with either past or present. I have a very slight preference for prose for smut and brackets for gen, but no real concern and it does differ some based on threads.
Backtagging: Backtagging forever please. I can boomerang sometimes, but the bulk of my rp happens as backtags.
RP preferences: I prefer more to go with the flow, although with anything likely to have impacts after the thread, I like to have an idea of what those are because backtagging is a thing. I’m also very much a fan of halfway through the thread getting a ‘ooh, it would also be fun if…’ sort of idea, and going there. So ultimately I don’t mind generally plotted things but I really don’t want to sort through all the details ahead of time and some spontaneity is definitely a good thing!
Language style: Hmm, that’s hard. I definitely write dirtier with Valentine than Kai, and I guess it depends more on how I think the thread should go. I’m not always good at writing out lots of explicit detail, but I don’t mind when other people and it’s something I’m trying to work on for myself as well.
How do you feel about underage, xeno/non-human or other unusual characters?: For Kai, anyone sixteen and up should be fine, although I’m okay with gen interaction with them too. I’d prefer characters to be humanoid, so minor differences are fine but nothing too…non-anthropomorphic. For Valentine I prefer over 18 but might make an exception for some characters aged 16-18. He’s fine with xeno and might be fascinated by it.
